CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

With four decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, Mark's track record extends over 2,000 wells globally. He served as the Vice President of Operations for Greystone Oil & Gas, LP between 2010 and 2015, during which time he initiated Greystone’s Devonian redevelopment program.

As the founder and CEO of Blue Tip Energy, Mark demonstrated exceptional fundraising skills, securing $172 million in equity capital for industry projects. His work has taken him to various international locations, including Sumatra, Poland, Columbia, and Western Siberia, where he contributed to diverse oil and gas ventures.

Mark, a certified Wellbore Integrity and Facility Compliance Engineer, specializes in Carbon Capture, Use, and Sequestration projects. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers for 35 years.

VICE PRESIDENT OF GEOLOGY

Michael brings over 40 years of oil and gas industry knowledge to the table, having held integral roles at Greystone Oil & Gas and Anadarko Petroleum. His distinguished career includes serving as Director of A&D, Senior Geologist, and Geologic Manager.

During his tenure at Anadarko Petroleum, Michael successfully managed a budget of $300 million and oversaw a 13-rig program. He has demonstrated his versatility by working extensively in various regions of the United States, including the Gulf of Mexico, Williston Basin, Anadarko Basin, and Rocky Mountains.

Michael's is a Certified Petroleum Geologist and has participated in over 1,000 hours of technical training on cutting-edge software such as Landmark 3D/2D, SMT Kingdom, and Petra.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Eric is a seasoned petroleum engineer with 21 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in hydraulic fracturing and reservoir engineering.

As a Senior Technical Advisor at GEODynamics, he played a crucial role in identifying new technology and intellectual property to drive the company's future growth. Prior to joining GEODynamics, Eric held the position of VP of Engineering at FractureID, where he established a revenue-generating engineering consultancy division and significantly increased data processing capacity through standardized workflow processes. His contributions led to the company's impressive compound annual growth rate of 174%.

Earlier in his career, Eric played a key role in the expansion of Integrated Petroleum Technologies, growing the company threefold in three years while maintaining high technical standards and implementing efficient workflows. He also gained valuable experience as a global operations manager for a coiled tubing stimulation service at Halliburton, expanding the technology across 11 countries.

Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Registered Professional Petroleum Engineer in multiple states. He actively participates in professional organizations such as the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and has co-authored numerous technical papers, taught industry courses.

ADVISOR / GEOLOGY AND OPERATIONS

Aric has trained and worked in various technical disciplines, including petrophysics, reservoir engineering, and commercial roles with BP exploration for 25 years across the United States (Alaska), Europe (Scotland), the Middle East (Kuwait), and Russia (within TNK-BP). In addition, he has worked in several technical Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive roles in Russia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, and Ukraine.

Aric has led and contributed to many large greenfield and brownfield development and reservoir management studies, as well as unconventional development programs, most recently in Russia. He has led mergers and acquisitions technical evaluation teams, and contributed to technical teams developing scenarios for major fund raising efforts. Most recently he has been leading teams to evaluate CO2 capture and subsurface storage as per the CO2 Strategic Resources Management System (SRMS) guidelines and the ISO 27914 standard.

MANAGING PARTNER

With the introduction of the Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, Rupy recognized an opportunity to launch a ground-breaking EB-5 offering that operates within a rural market, thus ensuring quick access to EB-5 visas for all investors and taking advantage of the new legislation that states investments are “expected to remain invested for not less than two years”.

Rupy has been an influential figure in EB-5 investments since 2012. She co-founded EB5 Diligence and has since reviewed more than 200 EB-5 investments, earning her a reputation as a leading authority in the industry. Rupy has persistently championed for transparency and the adoption of best practices throughout her career.

Rupy frequently contributes to industry discussions as a speaker, underlining the vital necessity of due diligence. Her linguistic skills extend to fluency in Punjabi and a basic understanding of Hindi.

DUE DILIGENCE ANALYST & ADVISOR

Bryant is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer and Geologist with over 45 years of industry experience. He specializes in managing oil and gas production, optimizing mature assets, and performing SEC reserve analysis.

As a Senior Advisor, Bryant guides oil and gas companies, financial institutions, and investment funds on low-risk asset investments and advanced technologies like enhanced oil recovery (EOR). He also offers management and operations services to various companies.

Bryant holds a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Certified Petroleum Geologist.
